JaiConvert — third-party notices

The app uses the following upstream packages. Their license notices
are copied into /licenses/ during build. Source and build instructions are
available from the upstream projects below; the app's source imports these
packages through npm and can be rebuilt with replacement versions.

The generated soffice.js is modified during our build to prestart twelve workers
and set MAX_CONCURRENCY=1 before initialization. The modified JavaScript is
served at /office/2.7.2/soffice.js. The complete patch and exact npm version are
